Dear all,

I am trying to setup SSL for OWA, so user can access website or e-mail via
https, but so far wouthing any success

(NT4 server, optional pack 4, sp6 installed)

I have been following instruction cases below without success

case 1- Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 218445
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;218445
and
case 2 - Creating Certificate Hierarchies with MS Certificate Server Version
1.0
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;186012

in Case 1, when I try to Request a Client Authentication certificate, fill
in the form and click on submit, it comes to a download of kgaccept.asp and
I can't go any further.

in Case 2, Done everything as instructed and getting to the finally stage of
establish certificate-base trust between the root and the subordinate, the
certivicate never can start with the event id as following:
Event ID: 12
Source: CertSvc
Type: Error
Description
The Certificate Server did not start: Unable to find the CA certificate in
the certificate store for NissinSubCA. The error code is 0x80092004.

Any help or direction appreciated.
