OK, now I've done it.

Using instructions I found in the "same old wpsadmin" thread on this forum, 
I've enabled the base portlets for portal admin and customization.  While pl
aying around with different themes, I selected "Admin with left navigation".
  This theme apparently doesn't offer an "Administration" link to take me ba
ck to the regular admin page.  How do I reset the theme to the default, or a
ccess the admin page so I can change the theme to something else.
