I've run into this after an install went wrong or uninstall wasn't
complete. If the service has been marked for deletion, usually a reboot
will fix that. If that doesn't help, please attach the setup log found in
the %temp% directory and any errors in eventvwr.exe.
Thanks,

Hi BizTalk Users,
I'm trying to setup BizTalk Server 2004 Enterprise edition and is is
failing
in the configuration wizard.
The service Microsoft Single Sign-on is not starting and stopping with
error
1075, that says dependency service does not exist or has been marked for
deletion.
Could you please help?
Thanks in advance.
