IN MSSQL, there is a MCMS DB right, if I have like, a news corner in our
site, do i add table inside MCMS DB? or make a new DB for this site??
and hwo about if I host multisite in this sever, then how should the DB
locate?

Modification of the MCMS database is unsupported. You should add your tables
to an additional database.

That is correct.
Beside that: Service Packs and hotfixes sometimes remove unknown content.
