CMS2002...

Is it possible to change templates once you have choosen a template.
Or must you actually recreate the page with the desire template?

By change do you mean select another posting definition or alter the
placeholder definition?

If you want to select a new template you will need to recreate the posting:
- you could script this using PAPI to load the posting, and create a new
posting copying the data into the new placeholders.

Regards

Hi Michael,

you would have to recreate the page based on the new template.
If the new template is a connected template of the original one, then just
create a connected page based on the connected template.
This will ensure that the placeholder content is automatically preserved -
but this will only work if you can create the new template from scratch as
connected template and don't have other postings already relying on it.

Cheers,
Stefan
