You probably can't. Various Win 2K patches and service packs contain
upgrades to the FP Server Extensions. You would have to find the various
patches that contain the FP SE upgrades, which can be tricky and also
detrimental as removing those patches removes a bunch of other important
security patches. They don't effect FrontPage users and are pretty much just
security and performance patches.
