I'm using Frontpage 2000.  I'm having trouble installing
username and password for the frontpage extensios on my
host site.  When I click on the box for Frontpage
Extensions, it pops up. When I type in my username and
password/confirm and click install, after it starts
loading, another window pops;

Web Site Not Responding
The web site you have requested may be experiencing
technical difficulties due to a busy or broken server.

Please try again by clicking the Reload icon on your
navigation bar or, if that doesn't work, you may want to
return to the site at a later time.

504 Connection Timed Out

and I am unable to install frontpage extensions with my
username and password.

Question: is the problem on my end, the privacy and
security setting in internet options or does the problem
reside on the hosts side?

I was able to access this function previously and the
frontpage extensions were working properly and published
successfully.  I changed my domain name and after several
weeks that was finally changed over, zone activated, and
the frontpage extensions installation window finally
poped up today.

At the same time that this was occurring, an AOL tech was
helping me solve a problem I was having, had me change
some things in privacy and security (internet options),
delete some files and then disconnected suddenly.  Seems
no one at AOL techs, has a record of what he had me
delete or change.

So, is the problem I'm having installing frontpage
extensions, username/password at my end and if so, can
you tell me what setting I need to have in place
(privacy/security) in internet options.  Or, is it
possible the files he had me delete are the files I need
to do the installion of the frontpage extensions, if so
is it possible you can provide me with those needed
files?

Or, do you think this is a problem on the hosts side.

I apologize for being excessively wordy, but don't know
what information I need to provide or if I'm asking the
proper questions.  Any help is appreciated.
