Using Exchange manager wizard I setup SMTP server for mail.

Client connecting can receive mail but not send to smtp server.

Error is that can not relay but relay is setup for the users i wish to allow
rely.

Can anyone assist me in this configuration. SMTP no longer is in IIS manager
after installing Exchange so help docs are no good.

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'evan.wiley@businessobjects.com'

a) Please get a book on managing Exchange - you do not manage SMTP server
using IIS Manager after you install Exchange. This is Exchange Admin 101 -
if you want to admin Exchange you need to know where to manage things from
before your server gets hacked. SMTP servers are managed via Exchange System
Manager (ESM), not IIS Manager.

b) Please tell us how you setup relay for your users - obviously something
is not setup correctly because relaying isn't working
