I'm having a problem with my home computer. Currently, my
Norton Antivirus has been shut off and I cant seem to
enable it again, also when it shut down my internet went
down as well. Does anyone know what this might be..i think
maybe a virus tried to get in but the firewall blocked it
causing the net to go down..But how do I get my net back
up?
Thanks Natalie

Hi Natalie,

This issue is unlikely related to IIS, I recommend you contact the vendor
of your anti-virus software (Symantec in your case).
