I have located the approximate area of the fault that is
preventing me from approving the page.
Some pages return this correct value i.e. not null
whereas others do not.
Does anyone now where cms picks this value up from and is
there anyway to correct this error?

Hi Mick,

please check if the template this page is build on contains a definition for
this property.
If the property is defined in the template it can be picked up.

Be aware that for connected templates you will have to define it on all
connected templates as connected properties are not automatically shared
like placeholder definitions.
