How is the account to be set up that will be used in ACEXT.exe to
control a BigIp box (take a server online/offline)?  I thought I had
read it is to be set as "partial web read/write" (in the BigIp
Sysadmin web page), but I can't find that in documentation so maybe
I'm dreaming???
