I've got BizTalk 2004 installed on my XP SP2 machine with VS.NET. I've
created a new blank BizTalk project. I added an orchestration and one
schema. When I try to open the schema from the solution explorer, I get an
error - "The operation could not be completed".

After restarting VS.NET and trying to open the schema again, I get a
different error
"The located assembly's manifest definition with the name 'SHDocVw' does not
match the assembly reference."

Anyone experience this problem before? I've got a VPC Win2k3 server with
VS.NET that works properly.

It may be due to a older version of SHDocVw lying around in your machine.
