Hi Raj,
Since you probably have some specific solutions that only you know about, my
best advice I can give you is do a test migration in your lab. You should be
able to use same hardware as you will in production. Write down all steps
that you took during test migration. Once your test environment works as it
should, tear it down and setup new production environment.
If I understand correctly you will move to new hardware. This should provide
you with some safety net. If new production is not behaving as it should,
you can still switch back to old production till you sort out any
problems...
