Good Day
BizTalk configuration fails with the following error message.

Failed to deploy BizTalk system assembly "C:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk
Server 2004\Microsoft.BizTalk.DefaultPipelines.dll".
Unspecified exception: File or assembly name skzdedgy.dll, or one of its
dependencies, was not found.

Please Help

Deployment of pipelines might fail if the NetworkService account doesn't
have write rights to %SystemRoot%\temp folder . Try again after adding this
write permission.
