In the trading partner management section of the BASSite, we are getting the
following errors when we try to create new profiles or access any methods in
the TPMgmt  web service.

The demo user is defined as a BAS Administrator in both windows and the
sharepoint security.

When you added as a BAS admin..if on Win 2003, did you log off and back on?
