When I set up my Windows 2003 server and created my webs, I didn't have to d
o anything with the
MSSharePointAppPool directly, the webs that need to be listed, where listed
automatically when I
created the application under the Home Directory for the web. I am only crea
ted the application for
those web that required ASP functionality.
Are you seeing something different from the above?
