For some reason the fulltext catalog has not been created for your catalog.
One thing you can try is run the procedure
Exec sp_CreateFullTextCatalog 'DeskTop Products' (where "DeskTop Products"
is the catalogname )in the catalog database
This will create the fulltext index for your catalog and then the Refresh
should succeed

In CS2K i have added certain catalogs , and when try to publish it, it's
giving below said error;PLEASE Give me the Solution for this as it is very
