I had read your article before and thought it may be exactly what's going
on... just wasn't sure if I was in the exact same boat.  So when something i
s
deleted, it isn't really deleted, it's just moved to the Archive Folder?  Ho
w
are some people (so far only administrators) able to login and see the
resource if it's "deleted"?

Is there any way to tell who deleted the resource from the gallery & when?
When I look a the properties of the resource, the last modified date/user is
definately not when it was deleted.
