Hi there-
On my SMTP server or firewall, I need to block all outgoing messages, and
allow incoming messages.

What do I do?

Thanks

Edit the SMTP server's settings:
- Do not allow any IP addresses to relay
- Uncheck "Allow computers that authenticate to relay"

Cheers
Ken

If you want to do it in the firewall, just block any outbound traffic to any
IP address where the destination port is port 25.
