Hi all

We have just sold our old computer and the connected modem, which worked
well, suddenly refuses to be recognized.  It's a LightFax 2880 and most
likely, needs a re-install.  Unfortunately, I can't find the installation
disk (or disks?) anywhere.  Does someone have a backup of these and could
e-mail-attach
the contents to me please?

Failing that, does anyone have any idea where I might be able to download
the installation files?

Wow...  I found the website for the manufacturer (Lightspeed) and it had a
contact e-mail address.  Within 12 hours, they replied: "Please use Windows
generic driver for 28800bps modem, it will work".

How about that!  Help still available for an 8 year old modem.
