I receive the following errors in the gatherers log when starting a build on
a catalog build server:
Error fetching URL, (PRTH_E_COMM_ERROR - Communication error) Error Code:
-2147216896
Error fetching URL, (80072ee2 - The operation timed out ) Error Code:
-2147012894

I have no idea what these messages indicate and I can't find any information
about them. Any ideas?
