Hi

I have installed certificate service for my outlook web
access.Now only administrator can login to the Ootlook web
access.How can I give access to all users

Did you made any other changes to IIS? Did you disable anonymous access on
IIS? What version of IIS do you have?

Chris,

You didn't answer my question. What version of IIS do you use? What version
of Exchange do you use?

It is not IIS you need to authenticate against for OWA. In Exchange 2000 and
2003 there is an ISAPI application (OwaLogon = OwaAuth.dll) that will ask
you for your credentials, but you need to grant anonymous access to IIS to
get to application. Same applies if you use Form Base Authentication. You
need to allow anonymous access so that users can get to forms where they can
enter their username and password...
