Hi,

I've used backup mypc for years with no problem.  I've just noticed that I'm
now getting the following 2 errors:

Backup Job Started - 09/07/04 8:24:13AM
Error:  C:\WINNT\system32\NtmsData\Export\NTMSRE
G - not found
Error:  C:\WINNT\system32\NtmsData\Export\NTMSDA
TA - not found
Backup Device: File Backup Device
Backup Product: Stomp Backup MyPC 4.85 100B75A
Backup Type: Differential - new or changed files will not be marked as
archived
Backup Media: Special.qic - 09/07/04 8:24AM (E:\Backup MyPC\Special.qic)
A snapshot (shadow) copy of files that may be in use was made (Volumes:
C:\).
Operation Completed - No ( Cancelled )
Backup Job Ended - 09/07/04 8:24:56AM

As one can see, this does not appear to affect the backup except those two
files never get backed up.  The error is detected at the very beginning
before a snapshot is performed.  I've tried deleting the two files but I
still get the same error message.  The two files are real... one can look at
their data.  A volume consistency check (chkdsk /f) yielded no errors.  I'm
running version 4.85 of BackupMyPC.
