Dear all,

I'm configuring a FTP site w/ Windows 2003 server (IIS6.0). It contains a
Default FTP site already. However, I have to configure another FTP site on
the same server. Therefore, I chose to use a port 9999 for that purpose.
This server is behind ISA2000, I have published the server w/ the port 9999
specified.

I tested the FTP w/ IE (ftp://server:9999), it was succeeded at the local
network. When I access it from internet, I can get the same login dialog
box. However, after I enter the login information. The FTP session time out.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Many thanks.

Gary

Test with a different FTP client to make sure the error isn't in IE.
Beyond that, it's a ISA issue since FTP works correctly internally.
Possibly active/passive and which ports are available through ISA.
