Hi Dirk,
From My understanding , this is not possible. B'se Rules Engine is
working based on the configuration you did at first.
One thing you can do
1)Edit the registry REGEDIT from the command prompt
2)HLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\BIZTALKSERVER\3
.0\ADIMINISTARTION
3)Edit MgmtDBServer name to ur remote Server name
4)HLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\BUSINESSRULES\3
.0
5)DataBaseServer name as remote machine name
