Hi,

2 questions:

1. I have two BizTalk servers running on different machines. One on my
localhost and one on a production system. I have developed an orchestration
on my localhost with Business Rules and all seems to be perfect. Now I want
to deploy the project to my production machine but I cannot tell the Call
Rules shape to look for Policies on my production server. It shows me only
Policies from my local server althought on the Server Property Page /
Deployment the Servername is set to my production server. I can open up the
Rules Composer and it shows me the correct Ruleset from my Production server
with Policies "Published".
How can I use Policies from a remote server?

2. If I try to deploy a rule the composer comes up with an error message:
[The database "SERVER2:BizTalkRuleEngineDb" associated with the deployme
nt
driver does not match the database "SERVER1:BizTalkRuleEngineDb" specified
during product configuration.] (SERVER1 is the production server, SERVER2 is
the localhost) However publishing the Policies works just fine!
Where can I change Configuration for the BizTalkRuleEngineDb?

Hi Dirk,
From My understanding , this is not possible. B'se Rules Engine is
working based on the configuration you did at first.
One thing you can do

1)Edit the registry REGEDIT from the command prompt
 2)HLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\BIZTALKSERVER\3
.0\ADIMINISTARTION
3)Edit MgmtDBServer name to ur remote Server name
 4)HLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\BUSINESSRULES\3
.0
5)DataBaseServer name as remote machine name

Hope it will help you
regards
Rajesh CR
