Enable Moderator option, moderator gets the post to her
email. What does she do next? If she replies to the post
it continually comes back to her. What am I missing, I do
not see any other option for approving the post to the
newsgroup.

A good source of moderated newsgroup may be the Moderated Newsgroups FAQ

http://www.faqs.org/faqs/usenet/moderated-ng-faq/

And have a look at
http://www.okinfoweb.com/moe/news/news_011.htm

This short article describes briefly how to enable Moderator functionality
in OE.

The full hive of this registry key is:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{Your Identity}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\5.0\News\Moderator

To find the GUID of your identity you can also use the following tool:

Outlook Express Identity Identifier v2.01,
at http://www.mindspring.com/~majik/identityregread.htm

Or have a look at

DMOD at http://netwinsite.com/dfree/dmod.htm
