I am running IIS6 on Serv2003. I have 25 or so webistes
and one FTP site reachable from the outside world. Can I
have multiple FTP sites also reachable from the outside
world? When I try and install a second site, it comes
up "stopped" and says I can only have one site on my
IP/Port specified.

Tks
Sam

Yes, each ftp site must bind to unique IP/port combination.
there is no host header concept in FTP.

my suggestion is to create 1 ftp site, but many virtual directories
for different users, to control access you configure NTFS permissions.
