Hi Bob,

The error might be due to the following reasons.

a.	Wrong email address

Remove the email address and check whether the form is working.

b.	Check server health

Run the check server health through the SharePoint Admin site. Make sure
that the site is backed up and you haven't applied any permission manually
to the content directory.

c.	SMTP is not configured or configured incorrectly

The SMTP setting is not configured on the site.
d.	SMTP relay is not configured or smarthost is not added

The SMTP relay is not configued in the web server properly.

e.	.htm or .html is mapped to some other dlls

Make sure that .htm and .html is not mapped to any other dll in the
application configuration of the web site.

f.	Anonymous access is disabled in the smtp server

You can check this by disabling the anonymous access for the site and then
submitting the form, If this works then it is a problem with the anonymous
access.

Hope this helps
