What is the behavior you see? Does HAT return an empty list to your query?
Are you sure you have set the filters properly? Try not specifying any time
window and select all service types and all hosts from the drop down lists
in HAT.
Just to make sure HAT works fine, create a FILE receive location and drop a
file into it. Once the file is consumed, you should see a suspended service
instance in HAT. If you don't see that, then HAT has an issue.
