Hello Øystein!
I had the exact same problem on our development server (Win 2000) after
installing Biztalk 2002 SP1 (and/or updates from windowsupdate). I ahd the
same version as you of msdaipp.dll. What solved the problem for me was:
Unregistered msdaipp.dll and msdaurl.dll
Copied in an old version of msdaipp.dll (8.103.2402.0)
registered msdaipp.dll and msdaurl.dll
reboot - still no success
run windowsupdate again got the following updates:
Security Update for Windows 2000 (KB824151)
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (KB889293)
reboot - SUCCESS!
Biztalk Editor can access webdav on the local machine again.
I don't know what solved the problem and since I'm planning on installing
SP1 on the production server I'm started to get a little worried. I don't
want to have the same problem on the production server.
I hope this information helps you in some way.
Best regards
