I use WLI console to make timer event generator. I set the timer to 20
second and it works. But when I decrease the timer to 5 second, It
seems it doesn't work. I mean it doesn't publish broker message to the
channel I have made.

So I reset it back again to 20 second. Interestingly, it works like
before. Is there any minimum time I have to set for generating timer
event?
