Hi Chudi,
this is more an ASP.NET related question than a MCMS related question.
You should follow up on an ASP.NET related newsgroup.
In short words: you need to create a C# or VB.NET class library project and
create a server control (if you would like to add it to the toolbox).
Or create a user web control and then drag it from your template project.
