I would like to enable TLS, but I don't want it to be required for all
communications just for ones where the sender or recipient has it enabled.

I have tried clicking in the checkbox, but this requires that all
communication uses TLS. I don't want that.

I have set up a domain and selected TLS. This allows outgoing mail to go out
with TLS, but it doesn't accept incoming TLS connections.
