Is there someone here that could give me any informations about customizing
discounts in WCS 5.6 ?

I need to create some custom discounts : discount per order line. For
example, -5% on line 5 (the 5th item added to the order, no matter what is
the quantity).

It's for a mail order company that wants the same discount to be available
on paper and on the website. Data related to those discounts will be
imported in the database thru a batch, so there is no need to do specific
developpement on the Accelerator.
