Hi, to my knowledge the partner agreements only contain whether or not ssl
should be used for communicating with the trading partner. They don't cache
the SSL certificate. If you are using certificates for encryption and digita
l
signing, the partner agreements will have references to those certificates
but in case of ssl, I think the agreement will not have reference to ssl
certificate.
The second error you are getting may be because the agreement expects SSL
connection to be used and IIS could not find the SSL certificate because it
was deleted.
