Hello,

Is it known whether JAP revealed the IP address of a user to third parties,
other than the case they mention at their website
<http://anon.inf.tu-dresden.de/index_en.html> ?

Regards

No it is not. In fact it can never be *truly* known either way...
whether they've routinely revealed IP's, or whether they even revealed
this single IP.

What we *do* know is this...

1. They use a method that provides a good deal of anonymity when
implemented properly.

2. They *were* compromised, and took steps to make that known.

The fact that JAP is Open Source supports the idea that they are
properly implementing the "method", and the fact that they "outed the
outers" adds to their credibility in my opinion.

Ride at your own risk. Even JAP themselves warn you that their software
is "under development", and thus not to be trusted for anything
critical.
