I doubt there was any coincidence about it. It's either Frog Admin doing
the flooding through a remailer under his control, or someone who timed
the end of the floods to make it appear so. ;) The idea that is was just
an odd "happening" seems almost incomprehensible to me.

FWIW, I'd put my money on scenario #2.
