STILL NEED HELP

I have tried to install the Predictor Resource Tutorial site.  When I go to
run the site I get this error:

Error Type:
(0x80020009)
/LM/W3SVC/1/Root/predictordemo/include/global_siteconfig_lib.asp, line 280

I have checked that the site name in csapp.ini is correct (PredictorDemo).
The PredictorBizDesk runs just fine.  Again, I have only found one resource
on this error
(http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;328282) and this
does not solve my problem.

I am still looking for other references and sources.  I have the book
"Building Solutions with Commerce Server 2002" from Microsoft, but this book
specifically says that Predictor is out of scope for the book.  OK, so is
there a book that is about Predictor?

I've been trying to get predictor working for 2 weeks now and no responses
to any newsgroup posts, so I'd REALLY APPRECIATE any tips at all.  Thank you
