For clarification, is it every type of form, or only forms that send results
to an email address? Something to look into may be a rejection from the SMTP
server. It could be that someone has set the SMTP server that you need to
pass through to require authentication for all SMTP requests. FP can't
handle authenticated SMTP requests so it will bomb out.
