I'm trying to setup default ftp site using an alternate port on IIS 6.0. I
did specified PassivePortRange which works just fine when used w/ port 21.
but as soon as i change the port, passive port number is issued other than
specified in range.

PLEASE HELP...???

You mean you changed the default binding port from 21 to XXX ?

what do you mean by 'is issued other than specified in range' ?
it work but this time, it uses other port not withing the range ?
can you provide more detail ?
