I'm compiling a solution with several projects, 2 of them are biztalk
projects when I rebuilt de solution throw the exception "A failure
occurred while attempting to start the compilation."

Can you post the entire error message? This will give us a better clue as to
the exact cause.

more information would help. But I usually find this is a protection problem
.
Usually when a compile cant start its because the compiler cant delete the
previous output.
perhaps you copied some read-only files?
