But, while I can't believe there really are people this gullible,
this is disturbing enough to demand a reply here. In general, if you
are notified you've won a lottery you never entered, it's a scam. If
you are asked to provide money to collect winnings, it's a scam. If
it's reported in all the national news media (world-wide most likely),
it's likely a scam.
