I'm having a strange problem with my SMTP virtual server on Windows
2003 server standard edition.

The problem arises due to spammers attempting to guess email accouts
on the server. A message will be sent to 5-10 guessed email accounts
with an invalid email address in the From: field.

The SMTP server will attempt to deliver the message to the guessed
email accounts, which will fail. The SMTP server will then attempt to
deliver a bounce back to the originator, which will also fail since
the from: address is also invalid. These bounce messages start piling
up in the queue, and eventaully causes the server to crash.

Cleaning out the queue and restarting the service fixes the problem,
but the server will crash again within a few hours.

Any idea why this is happening?

==Eric
