    Error uploading file for import! in Bizdesk

Hey all,

I'm getting an error when I try to validate any xml file in the bizdesk.
After I select a file to import, and click "Validate XML file (do not
import)", it immediately pops up a dialog box that says, "Error uploading
file for import!". We just recently installed some new hotfixes on both our
QA and live servers. The import validation works fine on our QA box, but not
on the live server.

The strange thing is no errors appear in either the application log or
System log in the event viewer. Does anyone have any ideas?

Can you check the event log on the web server.
Also can you run sql profiler on the sql server and see if any activity is
going on?

Bet you anything that it's a directory permissions issue. CS has always been
weird about file system permissions. Importing a catalog from the CS
Catalogs share (in CS2000 anyway) required that you grant write permissions
to the directory, even if you were only reading a catalog XML file.
