I want to use Site Packager to create a .PUP file so I can test unpacking it
on another system. Is it safe to use Site Packager to package a site, or am
I going to risk screwing anything up? Never ran site packager before, so I
am naturally paranoid about causing any kind of problem to the Commerce
Server running on this system. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for using Microsoft Newsgroups.

Site Packager doesn't modify anything in your existing system.

Review the product documentation section Commerce Server 2002 > Deploying
Your Site > Using Site Packager > About Site Packager. It will have a
complete list of the configuration, applications, resources, etc that are
packaged.
