I've installed BrightStore ArcServe v11 in a Windows 2000 Server's
machine.
The DDS4 tapes worked OK for a couple of weeks, and suddenly this
error (UNRECOVERABLE DATA ERROR) started to appear and I can't even
format the tapes. I've tried using the cleaning tapes (I've bought a
new one too), and cleaning it manually with no luck.
Does anyone have n idea of what can be happening?
