I just installed BizTalk 2004 on a box. The ODX files don't seem to be
associated with the Orchestration Editor and are associated with the text
editor (when I open up an ODX, the text editor appears). Furthermore, I can'
t use "Open With..." because the Orchestration Designer is not in the Visual
Studio .NET editors list.

I had tried adding myself to the BTS Admin group and rebooting, running
"devenv /resetskippkgs" and "devenv /setup", all to no avail.

Any suggestions?
