Inbound IPSec policy check failed for packet

I am seeing this error in logs on VPN3000 for a lan to lan tunnel
between a VPN3015 and NeoScale product. tunnel seems to be working
fine. Any known issues?

did you fond a solution for your problem? I've got the same error, but how I
 can see, the vpn tunnel is up and working properly.
