I have installed a 2003 server with IIS 6.0 running. I access it with
Frontpage 2003 when I try to administer the extensions I get the following
message " The server administration programs and the server extensions on
the web server are not compatible. The administration program is too old to
use with this server. " This was installed from the same Server 2003 disk

Have you installed FPSE2002 using the "Add/Remove" programs? cos thats the
corect way to install FPSE2002 in Win2003. Also if you try to open a site
using FP2003 as a disk based site the version of that site becomes
6.0.2.xxxx.

Try this:
create a new site in IIS 6.0. Point that site to a new "folder" on the
harddrive.
Extend the site using FPSE2002. and then try opening the site in FP2003
(not as disk based site)

Hope this helps
