I should add that I am using FrontPage 2003 client with
FP server extensions: 5.0.2.5012
on a Windows Server: Microsoft-IIS/6.0

For this particular web site, I need to be able to add
hundreds of users. I also need to be able to delete dozens
each month -- and sometimes have to re-add them months
later with the same username they used to have. So,
basically I need to be able to add, delete, and re-add
users -- of which at this time I am only able to add them.
